Glenda Juwawo is a finance and investment professional, speaker, and the Founder of Women in Finance Africa (WIFA), a pan-African platform dedicated to advancing financial literacy, economic participation, and investment readiness across Africa.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, a BSc Honours in Real Estate (Property Investment), a Master of Finance, and an MBA, giving her a multidisciplinary foundation in finance, investment, strategy, and business leadership.

Driven by a passion for creating lasting economic change, Glenda founded WIFA to address financial challenges at every stage of the journey, from equipping high school and university students with strong financial foundations, to empowering women with practical financial skills, and supporting SMEs to become financially structured, investment-ready, and better positioned to access funding.

As a speaker and advocate for financial inclusion, she works with institutions, organisations, and communities across Africa to promote practical financial education, behavioural change, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic growth.

Her vision is to build a financially empowered Africa where women and businesses are equipped not only with financial knowledge, but with the systems, confidence, and opportunities to create wealth, build resilient enterprises, and contribute meaningfully to the continent's economic development.
